1) Keep trying it, because trying it 10 times likely isn't enough.
2) Shoot in a curve so every piece hits if it is in the Blaze tier. If you have a Napalm, come close and throw it right on the AI in a low powered, gentle curve.
3) If you are a ruler user, good luck to you m8, because if you are, it is physically impossible to win.

I just was able to beat it

 

What do I do about them killing me on the third turn every single time even though I'm level 43?

 

Stay out of holes, try to stay on the back side of a steep hill when can. Only problem is spammed Firestorms. Isn't that hard to beat as long as they don't get a lucky direct storm.

 

the way i did it was get as close to the enemies as possible, most of the attacks i could survive like the meteor storm attack thing. When you are close you can easily aim your attacks and the enemies terrible ai will usually miss you.

 

All they DO is spam meteor storm thing!!! I get the fire attack twice and then they spam meteor storm!!! THAT'S ALL THEY GOD DAMN DO AND IT KILLS ME BY THE THIRD TURN! AND I'M LEVEL 43!!

 

They always get a lucky direct firestorm for me! I always get that no matter where I am! All videos show them getting misses every single time and that has never happened to me they just hit me and then hit me again and again and again and then I'm dead! Even when I do get extremely lucky (and this has only hapened once so I shouldn't have said when I do) I couldn't even kill them! I killed one.........

 

Max your traction and try to get by them. On that mission, I don't think they can change their angles. If they can't, you can sneak behind them and win that way. Be aware, however, that this isn't confirmed. Maybe someone could test that out...?
