Reward for SSL2 forum members

that would be nice like 10 tc or so.....

 

The problem would be that not everyone would be active because of the reward, just a simple click 'n' earn.

But about a half would be active...

I'd say, my old suggestion is good. A periodical announcement for the forums. One or two each month.

 

If it were to be possible to reward forum members after a certain number of posts, then 10 TCs or maybe even a special, medium-power weapon would be pretty cool.

 

Good if it only work for new players/members - not for already existing.

Other way I understand that you are just asking (this way) for a huge ammount of free coins

 

I really don't feel the need myself to be rewarded for already being a forum member, I would just like if there were more people on the forums. Like how when the tasks for ssl2 came out you were not awarded tank coins if you already completed them.

 

That gives me an idea. KChamp could put "Join the Forums" as a task, with a built-in reward of 5 tank coins. We still have the problem of inactive users, but that's already been discussed.
That, and a periodic announcement from in the news section from the forums should really help get some new members.

 

Both could combine, with good results. Of course, there's the inactive members, but I'd say about half or more, are going to be active.

 

I don't see how it is a problem having inactive users. Like say 5,000 join the forums the week the task comes out but oly 1000 use the forums. Does it matter that 4,000 are inactive. We still would probably get houndreds of new active members.

 

I say the ratio is fine. We already have a similar ratio right now. And it's fine, yes?

 

i think at the end of each week. forum members should get a trophy points earned that week x2 in tank coins. after the initial points, it is hard to get them. just a little thought.
