    if youre referring to the blocks that say "Disks, Google" etc, look up rainmeter

    as for the other add ons on his desktop, ask him, i dont know about that

    Google Canary, it is the beta version of chrome before the stable version is released, it has all of the newest updates early and updates that might not make it to the stable version. It is highly unstable and can pretty much crash at anytime. It's cool though :3
