Quite simple actually. If you fire out the right side of the map, it will loop around to the left side. This will make FFA a little bit more balanced since right now really whoever is on the sides has the greatest chance of winning. It would also be interesting to see additional combinations for team maps in tank placements. You could also pan the map with this on, so if you want to fire out one side you can just position your screen so it's not too hard of a shot.
This could be an advantage on FFA but what happens if it goes to far and hits your teammate in the back
That's like saying, "oh yeah meganuke is so good, but im not gona use it ever becoz i might hit my teammate"
Would the explosion radius also loop around to the other side of the map? ("A mother who was willing to die for her son. A husband who was willing to kill for his wife.") Dumb movie with plot holes the size of Texas but that quote sounds epic.
That's a good question, since currently the map actually does extend beyond the edges in order to accommodate shots and explosions etc. (we just can't travel there). It could require substantially different coding.
hmmmm what about seagull and light strike? would it just loop around like the rest or just bounce off it like usual
