Oh boy new game mode. In this mode, damage doesn't matter. What matters is how many times you hit the enemy, regardless of the damage. The more you hit your enemy, the better. This means that weapons like Pyrotechnics will be crazily op. I think it'll give some of the shit weapons attention for once.
The name made it sound more like causing as much terrain damage as possible, which I think would also be a neat idea for a gamemode.
