Game's characters and images does not load.

I made the game play already, but it haves lag and also every words doesn't appear, instead magenta boxes, also some images appears in magenta or simply doesn't appear. Is there is a way to fix this? Also, if you can say me how to make the game run normal with good graphics, thanks.

 

Thanks for the help, but my uncle found what it is, it's something about the graphic card, but thanks, I'll be able to play SSLS soon.
