Dying sucks. Assuming you died early, waiting for a 5-10 minute match to finish when the rest of the enemy team focused you after a bad teleport sucks even more. At points like this, why wait around? You'll get a tiny amount of XP, which is almost nothing in comparison to how much you could get if you go and stomp some people ten levels lower than you. How could you keep people around? My idea is to be able to bet gears. This would add a reason to stick after you die, or even prior to that. Just select a team or player, or even shot that you have faith in, and how many gears you bet. If somebody thinks their comrades are the superior shot, they can wager for their win. Then, when all is said and done, you could win (or lose, knowing my luck) some gears! In addition, I could see some new achievements (and weapons, but I'm not a coder) that could work with the feature. Maybe if you win 100 bets, or people's bets on you pay-off so many times.
rad idea. While we're at it, can we please have a custom value for wager. I want the rush of betting 500 gears at a time
