Flare Disabler/Muter?

I thought it would be kinda nice to have this option underneath the settings button and put "Flare Disabler" and then for when you're in a game and people abuse the flare option you can click on their name and it has 2 options for "Mute" and then "Flare Mute" or "Mute Flares".
If this option does happen, right now all you have to do to mute someone in a game is to click on their tank and they're muted. But if my option can actually happen, you'd probably have to click on the tank and then it has a box with the options above.

 

Nice idea, also an option to cancel a flare after you chosen one. right now you have to use the flare after you have selected it.

 

Or instead of being forced to use the flare, just quit the game. xD.

what is "flare mute"?

 

You have this option of shooting up these 4 flares. 2 of them are to your team. 2 of them are to everyone. It would be nice to see an option where you can mute those flares. Because some people spam them. It gets annoying.

 

Oh yeah, i've seen those… they get annoying after a while tho..especially when they put an arrow over "Shoot"

 

actually you can use all four for both your team and everyone.

Well yes, but say if you use the team flares in team game, the opponents can't see that you used them or see where you made them land.

I don't see anything wrong with putting that arrow over the fire button, but when it comes to excessive flare shooting like in the middle of nowhere in the sky(like in a hole, or something), then I get annoyed.

 

Flares are ok in general, you just get tired of them after a while because of the fact that they are used almost EVERY GAME

 

Not for me.

 

I see them used sparsely in the games I'm in, because there's really no need for it.

 

Well, probably for you it couldn't, but for some other people it could.
