A friend gave me a $20 paypal my cash gift card and i wanted to use it on here and couldnt because i dont have a paypal account and probably cant have one beacuse you have to have a social security number,put ur address,and lot of other stuff And i was wondering if there is a way you can use it Maybe put the PIN number in the paypal paymnet method or something or else this card is useless to me...
I have I a paypal account (in canada) all it asked was name, address, and phone number, thats it besides your card info. Im pretty sure it's the same in the US, so you can use it.
