   Hello, i am sorry for inform you but as far as anyone knows service for Shellshocklive 1 has been discontinued. Emailing Kyle about Shellshock live 1 is useless, no one can really help you with this unfortunately sorry to disappoint you.

   It's true, I am a SSL1 player too and I've been getting this glitch quite often now.
   I think there were too many hackers for the server to catch up. Also note that kChamp is not supporting/updating SSL1 anymore.
   
   Too many people hack that game... Geez..
