   I haven't been able to connect all day today. It says "Authentication Failed." I'm not the only one who experienced this problem either. What us going on?

   That seems to be a problem for some people. I have researched into it in the past about progress in its fix.    It does seem to fix itself after a while. I restarted my PC and now it's working again.

   Yes, it can be a reasult of many things, such as server problems/connection problems.
