Connection to Servers lost - 0bytes received

Everytime I join a lobby to play (Just installed this today) I keep getting kicked out the game with error message "Connection has been lost to Shellshock servers == 0bytes received."

Before anyone asks I've done the following so far:

• Uninstalled and reinstalled
• Reset router/internet
• Changed graphic settings on initial start up (clutching at straws)
• turned laptop on and off
• Played a different game and experienced no issues (CSGO)

Does anyone know what is going on otherwise I'll just need to get a refund...

 

Make sure the game is updated to current status, also the servers may have been down.

 

My friend isnt being kicked out and no one else is

 

hi i have the exact same bug but my friend does t have it... I'm currently using a mac and a played games ike minecraft or terraria multiplayer and worked just fine so need that glitch to be solved otherwise i will ask for a refund

 

lol I have friends on a Mac and Pc they all have found a way to play everyday frequently, I'm not sure what is keeping you guys from playing, try redownloading or go to Kyles steam thread about the multiplayer not working.

 

I have had this problem since day one of owning the game. Having reinstalled game etc. I have had the game 2 months and enjoy it, however even on single player/ Campaign i have an issue. I have never finished a online match and have to do single player matches quickly. It is really annoying as its seems like a really good game. I live in England , anyone got any solutions?
