I play since the very beginning and never had the chance to meet him... Pretty unlikely, and by far the most frustrating achievement to get. Only good point is that God Rays aren't very strong.
That's not true. God Rays deals 100+ damage if you hit it right. If a new player beats him, that's a huge bonus.
You cannot deal 100+ dmg with it in every situation with every shot. That would be like saying Traveller deals 100+ dmg. Sometimes its just 20, sometimes it is 200, it varies. I did not say it is a bad wep, but there are lots of way stronger weps out there.
