do you think that having an animate/art work weap suggest thread would be good?

hi!Did not wanted to make a thread(in main section of forum) without knowing what you would think about that,so lately i'm starting to create new weapons with paint,not only weapon symbols but direct weapon in game!this thread is inspirated by ssl2 animated suggest a weapon thread,wich is x10 cooler than official suggest a weapon thread that is mostly a bunch of words that no one reads and have 0 chance to get in game. If you think that a thread like that would be useful and nice to have in forum,here there are rules that would make it usefull and without useless posts.
-weapon info:
Name: x-------->y---------->z
how it works and damage: x does--------->y does------------->z does
-there must be an artowrk or an animation.That have to be decent and neat
-the weapon idea must be realistic and ssl like,that means:
*realistic damage
*weapon topic have not to be pornography or any other topic that would clearly not be alowed in SSL
*weapon must no have secondary effect,if kyle add just 1 weapon that have secondary effect then you are alowed to post it here
-possibly use easy maps to show it(i'll post an example of screen show now)
this rules are basicly something to keep out things that would never get in game and are a waste of time for who reads it and who write it(and yes in the past i suggested weapons with no realistic damage or secondary effect xD)

Name: assault---------->space invaders
How it works: flare weapon,once activated 3 soildiers comes from the sky and shot to the enemy tanks with m4.Every shot does 3 damage,each soildier shots 5 times.Once soildier comes to the ground they go on the nearest enemy moving like rolers and,when they reach the tank,they stick on it doing 3 times 5 damage.(basicly a close combat)
How it looks:

Space invaders:
How it works: 3 space invaders come down slowly moving like the old classic arcade game.They shot 7 times each doing 5 damage,once they come on the ground they crash doing 30 damage each

lvl unlock: 87

sorry for the not very good artworks and how i wrote"space invaders"kinda awful xD but i would work more on that,i already made pretty cool weapon ideas that,with some work,i wouldn't have any problem to do artworks with!

i hope that you like this concept of thread,if you have a cool idea of a weapon that respect all the points i can try to draw it!

Name: swimming pool---------->olympic pool
how it works: create a rectangle hole that does 20 damage and drop water drops that does 10 damage each-------->same effects but x1,5 loger area + 30 base damage istead 20

here it is,simple but effective to give you the idea!
note:Some weapons need to have 2 or more artworks or animation for tiers.But in that case making a whole new artwork for just a x1,5 longer pool and 30 istead 20 wasn't really necessary so if you think upgrade don't need another artowrk it's fine.

NOTE: another reason why i want this thread in is that no one see the Official suggest a weapon thread beacause there is a bunch of useless post of weapons that would never get in game and it's kinda boring seeing a bunch of words while,with an animation/artowrk,it would be way more cool thread and only realistic weapons will be posted on it,basicly an high quality of weapon suggestion(that would make it also easier for kyle)

 

we are currently 50% pro and 50% against that opinion, the 50% pro comes from me while the 50% from someone else,but since scarlet put like on this i think she is agree then we are currently 66,6% against 33,3%.If in 10 days most of people are agree to make that thread i'll do it.

 

So you create a thread asking if you should create a thread on the forums....
So if you do create the next thread, that will mean you will have created two threads for one topic...

You should have just made the original thread anyway and avoided the spam
Not trying to mini-mod, just see it as kinda pointless

 

I don't think I could bear another useless thread that Kyle won't even use the ideas off of. Ideas and suggestions are just a pointless dream world.

Nah, it's just fun to share your ideas with the other community, even if you know they wont get added. Also Penguin yeah it'd be cool to animate unless it's too much effort
