Does anyone else experience this with support?

I started a ticket in April, and since then the average response time appears to be 1 month. That is 1 month per message, so I've received 4-5 replies since then.

Anyone else get delays that large in response times?

 

If you are contacting steam, yep! Steam is infamous for their support. They even said it themselves lol.

 

What do you need help with maybe some of us can shorten the process?
If it has to do with game I can ask Kyle.

Whatever your problem is, I'm sure we cam be of help if the what you asked them can be fixed without them.

took me 4 days for a result, though i sent that like 2 years ago.
people do say it takes a while, but months would be exaggerating it, usually. you can pm me regarding steam, ive had it for a while and experienced almost every problem imaginable for it

 

After 1 month im giving up... yet grinded alot on steam.

 

This is why I usually don't buy things from Steam directly. I try to get my games from a 3rd party website (I won't name it because advertising and such).

 

Here's my history:
-Ticket started April 26
-Steam reply May 23 (reply was off-topic; had nothing to do with question)
-I responded same day, and 5 times after that
-Steam reply June 26 (reply was different, but still was off-topic)
-I responded the same day
-They closed the ticket
-I responded again
-Steam reply July 11 (they copied the first response which is still not relevant)
-I responded next day
-Steam reply July 14
-I responded same day
-They closed the ticket again
-I reopened the ticket again
-Steam reply July 30 (actually had a valid response! went back and forth once)

And... now its been another month. 3 months and 5 replies. Only once did I get an on-topic reply.

This unfortunately has nothing to do with purchasing. I can't log in or create accounts on their site. Their entire account creation is bugged for me for some reason. So third party sites are irrelevant.
