Exclude unusable weapons.

In Marksman Game Mode, the Earthquake is unusable and results in a guaranteed loss.

In Rebound, it may not result in a guaranteed loss, but Earthquake, Glock and Uzi are guaranteed to do no damage.

There should be a weapons blacklist dependent on the game mode.
