glitch? i have no idea

i was just in-game and i started having this on my tank i'm not sure did anyone else have this happen?

 

This happens when you use the item EMP... someone used on you actually.

If anyone is wondering how the item works... you click an area where the EMP is going to effect tanks... for the next 2 rounds the tanks effected will have their angle changed before their turn... thats all. Oh and you will glow

 

It means you are the Chosen One, and shall forevermore glow in glory.

 

they can't handle meh sweg, i died right when they used EMP so i didn't know
