It's another method of paying. but much easier, it also accepts gift cards...You can use it if you have any type of Google account. You could buy the starter pack with it, maybe, because all the info you insert for PayPal are already in your Google account. First, you sign in, then all you do it fill out the card information, then click enter. It's a lot faster and simpler...almost everyone has a Google account.
