Hey!Here is a problem when the game start running!

Hi guys and developer!
At first,my English is a little poor.If my grammar or the words are wrong so that you maybe can't understand my meaning,sorry!
A few days ago,I bought the ShellShock from steam.When I set the resolution and quality OK and started running it,the game window just showed a logo written “kchamp”. Then the game was got into black and had not any response.I just could shut down the game by task manager.I restart the game and the system again and again,but it just like before.I even started the game by changing the compatibility like XP and Win7.As the result,you know,just like before.I had not an way to solve this problem.So could you help me to solve this problem?My graphics card is support Shader model 2.0.I'm very want to play this game.Thanks!
