wow, i used to play those pieces you've posted though i've never been quite close to your skills.. 24th Caprice is really fun to play on guitar - it seems a lot harder at the beginning, but when you got the feeling it's really really fun..

have you ever tried to play some de Lucia? i don't know if it's the style you'd like but really.. from all guitarists in the world he was playing stuff i couldn't keep up to even for the first dozen of chords.. at least not without over-straining my hands to a point i couldn't hold a pen for the next two weeks..

I've never played Paco de Lucia, flamenco's never been a strong point with me, though I need to get better as rasgueados.
I don't know him, though I'd love to meet him, quite a polarizing figure in the Classical guitar world. haha.

 

yeah, Concierto de Aranjuez with his performance is such a wonderful piece.. but i also like his flamenco and other styles he used to play usually..
oh.. like..

my hands aches even when i'm only watching this.. lol

 

Nice. Actually I meant to say in my other post that I don't know Yamashita. I've never listened to his interpretation of the Aranjuez.
Paco was a great player though.
Did you study classical guitar formally or did you just teach yourself?

 

nah.. i was learning for myself.. and also i'm not playing guitar for good years now..
i like to listen but for playing i love keys now.. and drums as well..
