    I play on my alt with no packs even more than my main account and I still haven't gotten a coupon :(

    Yes, they are still obtainable if you have no weapon packs, you just need to be patient is all.

    The less you've spent on ssl2 from your pocket, the more likely you are of getting a coupon, take that into account.

    I received a coupon two days ago or so, so they are still around.

    Unfortunately, I was yet again unable to use it because it expired more quickly than I was physically able to redeem it.
