Low lvls are OP possible way to make ruler users cry

Maybe we should go back to the time where there were only a handfull of active players, only the highest levels and no noobs to interfere our precious lives. Oh I miss those times so, sometimes a week went by without a single match because there was nobody to play with.

Ruler or not, if the game is set to have more than 200 hp and Ms Fortuna is not kicking your butt, they end up dead, period.

4-5-2016 (European) I saw that a new mod and ruler patch is coming out..

 

It's already out. And the ruler patch barely does anything to stop ruler users, not that it's an easy problem to fix.

I think it does work. Yesterday in one game did three consecutive high up full power shots and the third went off. No wind etc. If it's effect is random then say goodbye to your paperslips.

 

If you guys really care about the ruler issue and think what Kyle is doing is the proper solution. Definitely play with it on. He's keeping track if people are having it on or off (interesting right) and he might scrap it if nobody is using it so definitely have it on if you like what he's doing so far.
