My friend cannot join any game.

So whenever my friend tries to play Shellshock he always just gets an infinite loading screen. He has tried several times and has also verified game cache. I would be very grateful to anyone who can help me out.

There's been quite a lot of people having issues with the connections. I honestly don't know what can fix that besides kChamp's updates.

 

Wow the staff are completely useless on helping anyone it seems. Probably get the game refunded

Have your friend read and follow the instructions in the link provided. The dev is aware of this issue, but its beyond his control unfortunately. By having your friend follow the instructions, it can help solve the problem by figuring out what is going on.

 

This isn't about the staff at all. Outside the forums, they have no power. And besides, this is an issue with the multiplayer framework. Unless he scraps the game and starts from scratch (which will NOT happen) or finds a patch to it, this will continue.

 

They could've responded to him though with directions on what to do

But yea, Kyle is trying fix this but the multiplayer framework that he is using isn't his and he's been working with those people in getting it fixed.
