Need some help; SSL goes non-responsive

    Hi,

    So I bought the game about a month and a half ago while on vacation. Played it some, then come home and everytime I've tried to play since, it first does nothing, then if I click the screen it goes black, and if I click again it goes white and an message pops up saying ShellShockLive.exe has gone non-responsive. I'm totally lost and just want to play the game again... any help is appreciated.

    Have you tried waiting during the black screen? If not, you should.
    I had this error where at the start of the game the screen would go black, but probably it's just the game processing so much data at once.
    If you tried waiting and nothing happend maybe some file has gone lost, thus hover over the name of the game in your library, right click it and select "Proprerties".
    After that you go to "Local files" and click "Verify Integrity of Game Cache". This should correct any error within the files.
    If nothing works then... A moderator with more experience than me will figure out the problem, I tried my best.

    Yeah I just gave it about 10 minutes on the black screen, nothing new. I verified the game cache, Steam says it's all good to go, but obviously something is amiss. Thanks for your help.

    Have you ever tried launching the game in Windowed Mode?

    My God...

    I had. I had tried every resolution and windowed, not windowed, everything. All of it. I just tried it again and viola. I'm not sure what to say. Thank you a ton though. I'm gonna blow some people up now!

    It's just being non-responsive again. Doing exactly the same thing I did earlier and it's being non-responsive. Yay.

    Well... At this point I don't know what to say either. If somebody else can't figure out your issue with the game then the most certain way to get help is to write an e-mail to the developer:
