New "ITEM" HOVER.

Would like to see an item that makes you Hover for 1 turn, aim like you were using a jetpack it shoots you out , but you "HOVER" at the apex or summit of your shot, so good for avoidance of ground based attacks, or to get a cleaner shot at opponent.

 

There would probably be a whole lot of issues and glitches with this idea, but when fixed, it wouldn't be so bad.

Would be over-powering, such as 30% of weapons coundn't hit:

Rollers
Grenades
Tunnel weapons
Bounce weapons
Blasts of explosive weapons (unless it's a big blast, like nuke)
Weapons that only damage tanks on the ground near it, such as mad birds and laser

 

Tell that to Shield, and this would only for one round, like the rest of the items.

 

its a bit redundant with shield. cool thought but i dont think its needed
