About:
This clan was founded by Google567 and MagicPudding on the idea that winning isn't everything. More important though, is spending time with your friends and having a good time in a competitive but relaxed atmosphere. We strive to maintain a family atmosphere in this clan and in many ways the term "clan" doesn't define us well. We are a tight-knit group of friends that always try to be there for one another and actually view each other as we would close friends/family members. Every member of this clan plays a special part in the clan working well as a whole and each has their own strengths to provide to make this clan as awesome as it is today.
One of our members stated best by saying:

So while others are striving to cream the Hp out of each other, Tasty Tanks strives to be an example of something positive and different.

Voting Procedure

• After tryout and the recruit passes, the performance will be discussed and voting for acceptance will take place after a Tasty Tankers voting check in. This will shorten the time length for the recruit to wait as one of the Tasty Tanks key is not losing any of its recruits and members. Not checking will not result in inactive but will postpone or extend the time for voting and discussing. The recruit must have 0.9 ratio of ayes than nays to be accepted and the ratio may be subject to change based on the total numbers of members. If the ratio or voting deadline isn't reached the staff will have the final say of your acceptance.

Ok, so I'm prsetige 3 and have been told to try out for TT multitudes of times. How do I join?

 

To tryout all you do is read and abide by the rules above.After that ask any of the leaders, including myself for a tryout. You have the choice of Best of 3 DM games or best of 3 Points games. Its all stated above. If any questions let me know on my profile.

In other news:
- Rules and Requirements/ Set-up procedure for TT tourneys is up.
- We currently have 3 pending tryouts depending on when those users respond back on when they can do their tryout.
- Google567 is currently working on getting the achievement leader-board updated with everyone's current regular achievements and any special achievements told to him in the designated conversation for it. If you'd like yous updated please contact him in the designated conversation.
-Tourney Match-ups have been randomized from signup list and have been set above under "Tasty Tanks Tourney" header. Please try to get your match-up done in a reasonable amount of time.

 

Schmurkel has beaten me 2-1
as i'm the one to inform of his victory, screenshots are probably not so important but i'm posting them just in case..

 

I beat Gamemaster22 2-1.
We played three 300 DM games.
I won the first 2 but hard map and funny circumstances gave Game the opportunity to win. It was a hard fought victory though so great job man despite the loss.

i couldn't find the achievement "My Very Own Map" Google was talking about in TT conversation..
(i'm posting here cause it's more convenient to upload screenies in thread)
so besides owning a map creator, i gained 500,000 xp ("Experienced Player" achievement)

 

Tasty Tank News

Hey everyone, its been a little so I'm providing a little of an update here.

• Paul1999 has told Gamemaster22 and I he wishes to leave Tasty Tanks. He wants to try to join (SYN) Syndicate cause the clan has a lot of his friends in it. He did wish us the best and we will also. If you'd like to tell him goodbye or anything, please do it on his profile instead of this thread to avoid clutter.
• Round 2 should be up and running very soon once MagicPudding comes on and posts the updated bracket on the clan conversation. Stay tuned ...
• I want to talk about soon if we should remove Cristian and Peeka cause they've been inactive for quite some time.

 

Tasty Tank News:

Hello everyone, its been a little bit and most of us have been busy with our lives outside of the forum so its been understandable. We have just a few things to go over and they will be discussed below.


1) Our Tasty Tanks Tourney is still in progress. I lost my match-up to SuperSmashBrawl 2-1 and he will be moving onto the finals. @magicpudding and @schmurkel need to figure out a time they can both meet to get theirs done. Once that is over we can have our championship finals match and our third place match.


2) kChamp came on last week and didn't give us anything besides a few new details of how Steam is projected to work but nothing more than words to cause more speculation. We all hope flash version stays intact and eveyone can acess steam eventually. Its not known yet till early 2015 how our clan/members will work out there. I know I myself can't figure how to get it to run on my computer.


3) We as a clan have decided on a new member. Please welcome @Jesse Zhang !!!


I'd like to thank all our members who have stayed with us. New clans, busyness, and being in different time zones can present problems for a clan here, and although we've had our share of members coming and going, we still have great players here and very fun friends to say the least. Its been much appreciated and from the bottom of Kate's and I's heart we thank you for staying with us.


We are welcome to any ideas you guys have. We have thought about team tournments such as syndicate will have but I don't want to copy, but you guys choose.
