90% of players just spam all shot matches. i don't find it very fun playing with and against so many players of that mentality. why do you play all shot instead of team or single shot? "because it's faster." "because it's faster exp." "the others are way too slow man." okay. what's the point of playing a game for the sole purpose of getting off the game as fast as you possibly can? whatever happened to having fun while playing? all shot is not faster exp. the turns are faster, but you will still need to play dozens of matches to get where you want to be. you might as well play a slower match for more exp while having fun in the match. obviously the others will be slower than all shot, but again. you will be playing dozens of all shot matches to get where a few single shot, or several team shot matches can get you. i don't think it's right for all shot to be the norm in this game. i'm not asking you to lower the exp multiplier on all shot, but i firmly believe that the exp multipliers for team and single shot should be raised.
The reason for this, in my opinion, is that you can play more games in a given time, as well as play more in general. In modes other than rebound, I am perfectly fine with a team or single shot, but if I'm playing rebound, I can't stand single shot. If the multiplier for all shot were lowered, then people would stop playing rebound, which, I think, would suck, since I am a big fan of that mode. The multiplier is already a big incentive for hosts to choose single/team shot over all shot in modes other than rebound, so I don't see a need to lower it. What would you recommend for all shot as a percentage of single shot? Currently it seems to be that team shot is 91% and all is 82%
you've misunderstood. i stated in my OP that i'm not asking for the all shot exp multiplier to be lowered.
Sorry, i read that wrong. Then, what do you think the shot multipliers for single and team should be in comparison to all shot?
single shot should be increased by .8x. team should should be increased by .4x. i believe that would be quite modest.
