So I was in game with Miami and the guy jsdhvfj quit after 3 rounds kicked him, and his teammate left on the same round, also. So, his tank got destroyed, his name is still there, he is obviously gone, yet the sub tank was working for a full round then on Miami's turn it just quit. Is this rare or constant?
That's not new, that's what happens when someone be idle for 3 turns and game kicks him, i see that all the time, on the other hand his teammate just quit or dc'd so he kept the sub tank.
Basically, what banna said above is the reality of it. Not exactly a bug per se, but sort of an unnecessary, strange measure.
