when I clic to buy starter pack , I have this window : We have not received all the information necessary for this application to complete your purchase . Your purchase has not been charged and check again. If this error persists , contact the developer of the application. Then another window told me : If you do not see a window payment appear , accept popups and try again but for other tank coins purchases , I have the correct window with paypal
Hi @tofkang, so you're saying it allows you to purchase tank coins but if you try it with a different offer and not with the starter pack am i correct?

did you make sure your payment method is already synced to facebook? Facebook has things like that sometimes but if you can get a certain payment method the default on your facebook account it should work fine (Example: save credit card)
