Sometimes when I move, it doesen't send it to the servers and it's only on my side, so next turn I teleport where I was. Hope this helps!
Yes, I just had this problem in my last match. I moved during the per-movement period and when my opponent shot way off, it teleported me back to the place I started. The place I started was where he shot and it did the damage of the shot to me.
