When someone takes 30 seconds to shoot and never misses, it gets really boring to me. I like and value speed, and it really needs to be an option in the game. Turn times can have another 2 options of 20 or 10-15 secs, or it can be made completely random from 10-30 secs.
I love this idea! People could set this up as such and remove the skilless ruler users for at least a few turns. Then, there is an advantage to not using one, and bubye rulers... I need this in my life.
