ultra slow?

    hi I was downloading the update today and if you look at the picture I have attached, it shows that is would take "3 hours" to download when my internet speed was normal

    it started as 1 minute, then the remaining time was spiraling until it peaked at 3 hours 6 minutes, then after about 5 minutes it went to about 25 seconds

    It could be steam being slow which is why the download was going slow.
