I have one upgrade available from leveling up yet when I click on an upgrade it doesn't apply the upgrade nor even light up the upgrade as it would if it had been upgraded. I exit out of that and I still have the flashing user box that signifies you have an upgrade. This applies to all upgrades and no matter how many times I click on any of them they remain non-upgraded.
