So I watched the whole thing.

    1) I have to say you guys although not talking about anything except a few points here and there of your concerns have the sort of voices that could entertain me even if you were talking about nothing which you almost were. You guys should do commentaries in-game etc more more often. Mewor though is the funniest one to hear commentary by. :D

    2) Any post in that thread you want to have a picture of I can give you that was deleted. It was deleted so we wouldn't spam up the post by Kyle will all these accusations and arguments.
I was only stating the votes went up dramatically within an half hour +50 only on 5 select ideas. To this day since all others haven't seen an increase except +1 but I don't even care really since it happened.
This was prepared for a day before the update which created this uproar or scene. Kyle was told and he knew it could be a possibility. Hes since noticed and doing with it what he wants.
We all have our opinions about the if the votes were altered. In the end like Kyle said they mean a little but just one of many factors that go into a idea being developed. It just gives him an idea doesn't mean he has to do it.

    3) We have plans behind the scenes of reworking this forum although I can't give details at this time. Its mostly in Kyle's hands the fulfilling of these plans but Incredipede has given him as much help in areas Kyle was concerned about in not being able to do them. Partial plans are known by a few but the full plans are known by Kyle,Incredipede, and myself. The plans include reworking of staff(more diversity, more sensible numbers) among other features that this forum should of had but current bugs we are lost on how they even happened prevent many things from working properly. In due time we'll know the future of these plans but can't expect Kyle to make a decision to these forums while work on this game is very needed at the moment. I recently became a mod cause Incredipede made me one. I said I'd volunteer again if he wanted me and next thing I know I'm one again.

    4) I am in very good contact with Kyle. I often alert him of the communities wishes, threads that should be looked at, as well as bugs. Usually I compile a list of many things people have suggested to me/I have found out and brief him when he has time. I try to pick times when hes not busy with something. I just tell it as it is and no concerned with my personal wants but the communities like most of us want. I don't sugarcoat but am honest in all things I tell him so if criticism is what your afraid hes not getting he gets it but in a respectful way. Hes even aware of the forums viewpoint on many things as well.

    5) I don't think your a bad person as well as Mario. Its just you guys like to get arguments going on things its foreseeable you could say nothign and avoid a big argument over nothing. We all have opinions but theres a time and place to voice them. Just think before you speak thats all. I don't think your what you referenced me thinking you are. Your just annoying at times so I ignore a lot of it. That was nice of you to apologize but it was hard to know what you were apologizing for/ if it was just a set of words. SO don't feel as if I have something against you.

    6) Most of this video seemed about me as my profile was clicked on how many times and the mouse hovered over my name. I didn't mind that but found it kind of funny. Its completely fine you expressed your view of the staff cause I did and look where it got me? Just do so respectfully probably not on the forum cause its rare to do what I did and not have anyone say anything cause of my position/how I'm viewed by Kyle and Incredipide.. I think magicpudding would of laughed too that you called her a mod though. She would of probably been one I would of suggested if she was active but I knew she would be rarely so good thing for that.

    Any who funny video. :p

Offensive? I have no idea how I have to say something to not seem offended by you in your eyes. Maybe doing rule breaking responses to you, would be something you wouldn't take as me viewing it that way? :p
    Your quite the puzzle.

    http://vocaroo.com/i/s0viL4Xwz5ZZ Sorry for microphone shifts.

WALL OF TEXT SORRY BUT IM TIRED

If anyone finds this offensive, sorry but this is the nicest I can be.
This is a little bit of a problem due to few things.

You shouldn't babysit him and show him an organized list of suggestions that he could make. I mean, it's great of you taking your time to do that, but that just gives Kyle more reason to be lazy and not check the forums daily. Why? Because he has someone that constantly updates him with ideas! If I were you, I'd tell him to check out the suggestion section on forums because it's starting to flood fantastic suggestions. That'll give him some time to actually get to know members and overall atmosphere of the forums by checking out our discussion. Might as well reply. You can send him stuff once in a while, sure, but not always. Devs are the ones who must maintain the activeness on the community the most!

Secondly, I find it a little bit hard to believe due to some of your posts and incidents that you're actually being completely neutral when it comes to sending him or discussing things with him. No offense, but at this point kChamp shouldn't completely rely on people who send things to him since there really aren't much professional people who're undeniably neutral, like @Mallard King, @Goomba and @Towel. And yeah, I'm not bringing up these people just because they're my buddies or agree with me. But that's just my opinion.
Well this might feel like that to you because you're feeling numb after seeing some of our shitposts from 2012-2014, but if you think about it the so-called dramas I participate or maybe start are far apart from actually being a 'drama'. They're called debates, serious ones that has to do with the game, or community perhaps. If you think they're annoying posts just because you strongly agree with the opposing side well the I don't think my posts were offensive in any way, I don't think I was posting bullcrap, but if you think so, let me know with the link to that post. Just because the majority agrees with one thing doesn't mean a debate over it is useless. Forum is a place to discuss, debate is part of discussion too, and if people actually knew the difference between debates and arguments Kyle might in fact be able to communicate with the discussion more? A heated argument is when someone starts to use profanity and insulting each other. A debate is a calm, mature, professional discussion to decide whether one thing is right or not.
Staffs are fine, just leave them like that. Let's just leave it because it took us 3 years to get stable staff members...

Well in a topic like this i may not have the right to say anything since i do not know the history of this game or forums except for anything that has been told to me, but ill give my personal views on one of the video topics and some comments in response to this video.

Regarding deletion of topics: Personally i don't like the fact topics are deleted because they spark controversy, everyone his the right to critique anything they like as long as they are doing it in a respectful manner. Censoring peoples opinions just because they say something negative against the game or its developer will do nothing but cause the Streisand effect. The only time a mod should be justified deleting anything from the forums is when there is a post or comment that either violates the rules of the forums or is grossly disrespectful. Action against a thread should usually be no more than a topic close when a topic derails too far off topic much like what @Black Widow does.

Regarding the remoding of google: Firstly I would like to disclose that i do not know or care to know about the drama behind why google stepped down or why he is back on the mod team it does not personally involve me so i could care less, but i will be giving an opinion from a managers point of view why people may be disagreeing with this. I like to think of mods of any type as a type of manager as they are the main face of the game much before the actual developer himself as they usually know the ins and out of the community and in most cases interact with the community much more than any developers themselves, because of that though they are constantly critiqued on whatever they do right or wrong. When google first stepped down from being a moderator for whatever reason he effectively gave up that management role and one can not simply come back to that role whenever they feel like it and expect to gain the same level of respect from said community. Its like if i were to step down as a manager from the CVS i work at because of something that happened and after a couple of months just take it back and expect that people would act like nothing happened life just does not work like that unfortunately.

Its nice that you are going out your way to help kchamp as he is most likely a very busy man, but the thing is people feel more comfortable having kchamp himself look at suggestions instead of having them fed to him for a couple of reasons. First people who bought this game and is actively suggesting new things wants to just hear a opinion and interact with the man himself not a middleman. Second there will always be a bit of biased when it comes to what gets sent to kchamp as there is no such thing as a 100% objective opinion.

I appreciate that you view me as someone that has a neutral opinion but unfortunately that is just not true like i said earlier, there is no such thing as an 100% objective opinion and even i usually have a somewhat biased opinion on anything i comment on thats just what makes us humans and not machines.

I might of phrased it different than I should of but I don't feed him. If someone bugs me or enough to show him something I might if there seems to be a lot of people behind a good idea presented. Kyle has eyes and knows its his job to look at these suggestions. I time to time suggest he look at them as a whole. Its mostly bugs I've come across in game or how something in game is working, I don't feel a need to give my opinion in terms of ideas. I'm sure others do as well in their own ways.

whenever someone has a suggestion, you almost always say that youll tell him, fam. which, i suppose its fine, if you like give him ideas every now and then, but we really should let the man come and look at suggestions, like he's been doing fairly recently, looking at the ranking suggestion and marios suggestion. id rather talk to him directly than someone i would think of as a middleman, regarding interaction. sometimes, i do feel like you narrow the suggestions he sees and then give him "unbiased" views on, quote, "mario and the gang"

tl;dr just let him see /all/ the suggestions rather him depending on you solely, because, you do not represent the community as a whole

I never said I represent him as a whole. Hes a man and he does what he wants. How many others does he have added that are able to say what they want to him? No need to single me out, I just do what I can to get him here looking at the SSL section. What he chooses to look at is his business.

yes, he does have others added that give him suggestions, like mario talking to him about the environmental maps, but often times its like you talk to him as if you are the spokesman of the community, and vice versa, and youre the spokesman for him. the middleman. my question is

    can u not xdd

Yes I perfectly do understand and get what you're trying to mean, but look at these:
^Well you pretty much said it yourself that you are like, the main dude who sends him stuff. It sure is meant for others as well who may or may not constantly send him things.

We're not attacking you in any way or singling you out. We're just giving you tips for this little game's and kChamp's future.
