Crits are counted as non-crit dmg, so if you land a 100 crit only 50 is accounted for in the dmg total. Armor dmg also doesn't get added into the dmg total.

    KYLE ARE YOU MENTAL.

Can anyone explain how this isn't stupid from every perspective? Damage is damage and that's all there is to it.

    dam·age
    ˈdamij/
    noun
    1. 1.
physical harm caused to something in such a way as to impair its value, usefulness, or normal function.

Looks like this is a bug, its not like he intentionally did that. Also I noticed that the dmg totals are not working correctly at all. Most people get "100 dmg" or so, but I see them do way more than that. This is a new feature so it's only normal that bugs exist, but if we don't let him know the bugs exist he wont fix them

No I've retested this several times. Too common to be a bug

It was unintentional, so its either him being careless or a bug. It doesnt need to be uncommon to be a bug

EDIT: I would consider a flaw created by his carelessness to still be a bug. IDK the definition of a bug though so yea

I mean common as in I haven't seen dmg not being accounted for in that way. It makes it seem like it was intentionally designed that way

I see, but it's not just not counting crits, it seems to not even count some of the shots. If that's the case, not counting crits could be a part of the bug.

And yes, we're talking about the end game dmg

It is for sure a bug, I had a guy that did at least 20 damage to me before I killed him and it only said he did 1 damage, lol. But won't be fixed cause kyle just likes to do something and move onward...

This is a bug. Obviously, kChamp would want things to be fair. I too have seen this. Just because it happens doesn't mean it is intentional. That's like saying when a server disconnects, it's intentional because it happens so much it must be the way he wanted it. That is faulty logic. Not only did he just implement this, but there has been no update since. Of course there are programming errors, he'll just fix them as we go. It's amazing we got this far in the first place. So, this is a bug. Submit a report to kChamp, and he will deal with it. The more people send it the better. If enough people do it, kChamp might be more inclined to fix it.
As an extra tidbit, this mainly only effects the loser of a match, if anyone. The winner normally gets full damage.
