Bandicam is the simplest, free version leaves a watermark though.

I always use Blueberry Software's Flashback Pro 3. There's a thousand and one screen recording programs out there, but while I enjoy FRAPS for program-based games, browser-based games are best recorded with Flashback Pro as far as my experience goes. You can record in full screen, a full window, or just a region of the screen, and record audio with both mic input and speaker output laid on separate channels. Furthermore, you can convert files to different formats and even edit your video with the Flashback Player, then upload to YouTube. It's a pretty advanced program; a lot more advanced than others I've seen.

With all of these features though, it's not cheap. The Standard edition is $89, and Pro is $199. However, a free 30-day trial is offered to test it out and see if it's what you need. I highly recommend you try it.
