I've been thinking that if someone leaves the game within the first couple rounds of it starting that another player should be able to join. Especially in a team game. This would make it more fair to the player who's teammate left. For the person who left they should not receive any XP (not sure if that's how it is already). I have talked to some people before and they think this is a pretty good suggestion so I think it would be good for the game.
