I am sorry for complaining but its true.I don't mind that i lose my lvl unlocks because i know how to do good damage with all the starting weapons and low lvl weapons but all you get is 1 extra weapon and then you have to basically play the whole game again with the advantage of knowing how to play well from the start to reach lvl 50 again... I have gotta be honest i find lvling more of a chore now as i know that i need to lvl so i can play against those with weapon packs(which is a serious advantage at prestige) on a even playing field sorta and so i can use the fun weapon unlocks i worked for.If i knew all this then why did i prestige you might ask.Well prestiging is the only thing you can do late game and some only play with prestiges for some odd reason. I also just wanted to try the prestige weapons, maybe its because i pretty much prestiged as soon as i got to lvl 50 so i didn't get to use most of the weapons i unlocked in my marathon to lvl 50. I feel like the experience is fun but really not worth it once the gimic of the new weapon gets old. I feel like all i do is play matches for xp and not for fun anymore.

I prestiged once, now I'm staying at level 50, enjoying my newk :) I don't mind playing with higher leveled prestige players, but I don't want to have to go through all the levels again with starter weps. That's a chore >_< so I'm waiting to get more packs and deluxe again (I can get both right now, I just dont want to atm) lol what level are you?

I actually think its fun. I dread at the day when all 10 prestige weapons are released and we can take out a team of enemies in 2 shots. Can almost do that now.

Think of getting to the next prestige as a dedication. It is something you need to be dedicated too and yes it is like a marathon in some ways. You start all over again in a race to level 50. Whether you "jog" at your own pace or sprint to the finish, the reward is the same. A Prestige Weapon. All you need to do now is decide whether you want to keep jogging your way to the finish, or do you want to sprint to the end? Another thing to keep in mind is, do you want take that extra step from the marathon, and race all over again for a new reward?

The choice is up to you.

In my opinion, we should have some more rewards for the players who had prestiged without deluxe, or weapon packs.
Honestly, most people who are prestiging have WP or deluxe. Without a doubt, I promise.

True i have gotten pretty bored of using my low lvl weapons after only prestiging once and i am not even lvl 25 in terms of prestige either.I only brought wp6 with my earned tank coins and a coupon.I once had 1 month deluxe but that ended a while ago.

For me, leveling up is just an added bonus to this already fun game. As long as you take the time to enjoy the game and meet fun people, you won't focus on xp as much and before you know it you will have prestiged again. :)

That's the reason you have the option to prestige or not. I think most of us should think about prestiging twice instead of just reloading page and pressing prestige.

I think it is a pretty just measure, to be honest. You choose to Prestige. You are not forced to Prestige, but you choose to. It's the power in numbers that draws you towards doing so. You go into a game where you're a 5th Prestige and some people are really going to be intimidated by you.

With that said, I waited until I had acquired a couple Weapon Packs before doing so, and I was already Deluxe. Having none of these things while going through a Prestige level is about as dreadful as being stuck in a room with Bob Dylan and a coffee machine. It simply isn't a good idea at all to do this.

When you get to my level, the fun will kick in again. Having all of the Prestige Weapons makes you realize that you've practically beaten the game. Yes, you haven't unlocked everything, but you beat the main campaign and that's what matters; much like Grand Theft Auto or Battlefield. Once you realize this, you literally do not care anymore. You go around and mess with people and see who you can strike fear into with your towering dominance built off of no-lifing a small Flash game on the Internet that has absolutely no legitimate pull on any popularity anywhere so you can feel better about the hundreds to potential thousands of hours that you wasted on it and wow I just realized I need a life.

I can't stand staying at level 50 anymore, feels like a waste of possible exp when I could still level up more. Prestige 3 with almost no 1v1s, then join forums and learn 1v1s earn SOOOOO much more exp, prestige 6 now and been playing less often than when I did when getting to pres 3...
All a matter of how you look at it.

I personally think reaching a prestige is fun and rewarding. Of course deluxe fuells it but its a new challenge starting over again after.

Since there are no more Prestige weps after Python I almost stopped playing since there is nothing left to achieve. Game gets boring if there is nothing new... And so is stupid xp farming, because at higher prestige lvls it's nothing else. There are just very few challenging players left at some point. Someone without perks, packs and high lvl can win maybe one of hunded matches :(

I agree with @Tavi on this topic.. It's all how you look at it and leveling up is so much more easy and fast doing 1v1's.. Also about the sitting at level 50 is such of a waste up until you are P10 level 50 then XP really doesn't matter anymore so you just have fun doing whatever you want like Kyd said. Just think if you sit at P1 or P2 level 50 for a month.. you could have just had tsunami or mega nuke and been back at level 50 again. That's going slow at 1 month to reach the full 50 levels. Nothing wrong with that either, go fast or slow as you want, as long as your XP from your games is getting put to use it's all the same.. just sitting at level 50 takes all your XP you gain in games, puts it on a shelf to collect dust and do nothing for you. Another good thing, if you have any weapon packs, even just 1 of them and they need leveled up, prestige to level 1 and you will get the weapon pack and prestige weapons a lot more in games. Being able to prestige when I bought my packs is the main way I leveled my weapons. There is always a bright side to it if you just look for it.

Now almost all my weap packs are maxed while weaps like Shooting Star, Fireball, and Eleven Ball are barely halfway to full. Will focus on them at pres 10.))

That's exactly what I did as well. Eleven Ball levels pretty quick and fireball levels fast on flat maps.. Shooting Star is another story though lol. It's taking forever cause I have too many weapon packs/weapons so I hardly ever get it, and when I do get it I'm lucky if it hits half the time lol.
