I would really love to see some attention put on a few problems that really effect the game play. 1 - The first round lag ghost tank bug where people move but the screen doesn't show it till after the first shot. This is a game changer bug. The shooting team is robbed of scoring a hit for an accurate shot and they often lose a very nice weapon as well as making their turn useless. It also effects the other team who often move on top of one another because they thought the tank in front of them wasn't moving and try and pass, only to end up stacked on the tank(s) ahead of them. 2 - Sitters who troll by skipping 2 turns and not firing until the countdown is almost finished on their 3rd turn. Then they sit 2 more turns and do it again. Can we make it a total of 3 missed shots instead of just 3 in a row? Or better yet, make it 2 shots. Sitting through 2 countdowns is just boring. Obviously they are trolling, have no real interest in playing and don't care of the inconvenience they place on other players while they scan through other tabs or windows, or are having connection problems that are just dragging the game down. 2.1 - I know its random, but it seems to me that when someone sits and other players get fed up and leave the game tends to put control of the sub to the sitter. Just make it that if someone skips a turn then the sub's control changes to the other player if they are still alive. 3 - When the host leaves the game it often places the last person to enter the room into host position. More often than not that disrupts or destroys a room because either they are too inexperienced to host properly, are not someone that fits the room's restrictions (the level limit setting doesn't work btw), or someone who changes the game settings and ruins a good game. The new host position should go to the next person who's been in the room the longest. They would be more inclined to maintain the game's settings and restrictions. If that doesn't work then maybe assign it to the highest ranking player? That would at least eliminate giving it to players that are too inexperienced to host. 4 - Quitter penalties. The current penalty just doesn't offer any encouragement for people to stick it out. I get that some people really have to leave or suffer a disconnect, so make it a progressive penalty system. The more you quit the more you are penalized. After a period of time the quit counter can reset or decreased. The penalty can be experience, or maybe just having a mouse-over in the lobby to see how many times the person has quit a game in the last 24 hours. Being able to see how often someone quits would at least offer the host an option to prune out undependable players. Just my thoughts on the parts of the game that are suffering.
