For the past few days, I can`t collect rewards from surveys anymore! I can and could buy TC with my money, but I don`t want to spend money on an online game. I have atleast 50 Tank Coins that I never redeemed. Please fix kChamp.
Sorry, it's not actually kChamp's fault. If you aren't getting your TC that would be who ever your getting the surveys from's fault. You can normally send them a request that you did complete it (with proof of course like a screenshot or something) and they will deposit the tank coins into your account.
If you use superrewards in the top left it will say "get help" there you can submit a support ticket. For trailpay in the blue bar it will say support and from there you can get help.
