Teleport not doing its job

For the last 10 times or so when I used the damn thing, it barely moved me few millimetres. Does this happen to you? It used to work more or less you might expect.

 

I think it would be good if they put something like Minimal Range to teleport so this doesnt happen

 

yes a lot of times that is why i'm at 0 teleports,often have to use it 3 times to do a decent movement.........miytko suggested a good thing to solve the problem.
However I think that in 2019 when the game get official realase item lvls will finnaly do something,I wouldn't put in trailer of my official realase game something that is made with ass he will for sure improve items.
