touched the box but not got the reward of it

I don't make threads like this but i also have a problem.I touch a flying box but not got the reward of it,it collided 100% but not got it's reward,it's just flies there only.Please do something of it.

what?umm...one time i was playing 2 games in a row,i guess i switched 1 time,but i didn't got the reward...

 

It's a glitch when u switch tab. Ur on the other tab someone already got it it's called "ghost box"

 

Moral of the story, Dont switch tabs when playing.
