Back in the day grammar correction was very frequent. It ended up in many pointless arguments so I decided to just make grammar correction against the rules. It doesn't contribute to the discussion and makes you look like a jerk.

Moving back to Sunburst, I'm going to add in this observation.

When using Sunburst, try to not fire at someone who is exactly level with you, with no obstructions in the way.

I.E. this:
YOU---------THEM

You'll want something like this, minimum:
YOU----^-----THEM

That, right there, will guarantee that you won't be hit by the Burst that comes directly back at you, which WILL hit if you're on the same ground as they are.

Other than that, it's just luck. Especially on team matches, you're bound to take some negative hits (though I have been managing only one, maybe two, most every time I use Sunburst. Not sure how, though....).

Sunburst is a beast of a weapon, so just make sure you're hitting someone directly. That's the best usage for it.

 

Well put AO. But I recommend getting behind allot of cover, if you are playing a 3v3. Because, usually when you fire sunburst, allot of the projectiles hit your teammates, and sometimes dealing minus damage. So, the more cover you get, the better, because they bounce around allot. So, if you are playing a 3v3 (Not FFA) and you have a sunburst, you might want to think things through more.
