Following are the points which I researched:

After buying xenforo myself, I used it on my website. There I found:

• It cant be done manually, unless Shes/kyle (admin/super-admin) sets a cron job to post anything automatically every 1 or 2 seconds. Though it can also be increased to 5 seconds to prevent database and server stress.

Even if you use multiple forum accounts specifically for this purpose, (as I did with my 4 forum accounts) you still have posting restrictions:

• You cant post more than twice in a minute with one account. As after each post you have to wait for next 30 seconds. Though this restriction can be removed by both super-administrators and administrators.
• Moderators and Administrators can post with unlimited access. Even more than 2000 posts per minute!
• Regarding 30 second posting restriction, I chatted with shes to remove it from my account in order to remove this 30-second-a-post. Though I even told him many other ways, just to open unlimited posting for this thread specifically; but he said "he cant do it on my request as he has insufficient powers". Maybe some other member with more authenticity and faithfulness can try to melt him/kyle in order to takedown his/her 30-second-a-post limitation.

I can easily set to post by various methods and start posting forever from my server but unless or until these two (specially 30 second post) options are implemented, no one can achieve this goal, not even my spam bots.

So, you can forget of getting to 1,000,000 posts....

There are reasons why I stopped/decreased posting ever on forums. If you are clever enough then You maybe now knowing the few....

PS: If every member of this forum will start posting atleast 1.8 post per minute; there is still hope but still negligible.
